@marksandspencer Hi Lottie. If it was bad already (it certainly was), it got a whole LOAD worse upon receiving โcontactโ. Please review the tapes, and confirm if this is how youโd expect a situation as serious as this to be handled. Iโm genuinely aghast, and furious, obvs. Pls escalate urgently.

@releaf_uk New client here, have ranted & raved to friends about the brilliance of your service from afar (my wifeโs one of your original patients) for many months. For me so far though, itโs been terrible. Iโm gutted. STILL awaiting that promised promised call to fix it allโฆ

@brightontaxi The taxi finally arrived after 2 cancelled drivers and ages waiting. Blaming the software for such a poor service is dreadful. As is hanging up on a hitherto loyal customer. Unbelievable. Never again.
