@HDMHullCity Anyone else feel that there has been too many prediction and relegation analysis posts over the past couple of weeks? It's all guess work after all. Just keen on getting the matches under the belt now, with a many points accrued as possible!
@HMRCcustomers Hi. I'm not sure I understand. I don't want tax relief, I just want to know if I can deduct my pension payments from my gross income to determine my 'adjusted net income' for judging whether this is above or below the £50k threshold for the High Income Child Benefit Charge.Thanks
@HMRCcustomers Hello. I think that I might incur a High Income Child Benefit Charge this year, however I need to understand more about allowable deductions from my gross income please. Are Share Incentive Plan contributions an allowable deduction when calculating 'net' income?
@HMRCcustomers ..that I CAN'T deduct may pension payments at all? Or does it mean I CAN deduct my pension payments, but have to add 20% to the figure to cater for income tax? It's all a bit confusing for me to be honest, and I just rang the helpline and they couldn't advise this detail.
@HMRCcustomers Thanks.
Sorry one more question too, regarding pension deductions...the https://t.co/4k4LF6yNSd website states 'pension contributions deducted from your pay (do not include contributions deducted before tax)'. My contributions are deducted before tax, so does this mean....
@HMRCcustomers Hi thank you. Yes, I already aware of this checker, but it's not 100% comprehensive in respect to what exactly are eligible 'deductions' when calculating net income. Company pension payments are deductable (before tax) I think, but what about the Company Share Incentive Plan? thx
A friend spotted 9H-CXG in Chennai, India the other day. A quick check sees it's spending a fair bit of time there lately...having some winter hols!
