It's bad enough that the pilots timed out and we're now delayed 2.5 hours. Making things worse is your travel assistance rep who couldn't be bothered to not look at her phone while talking to me.
@Delta this isn't weather. the pilots timed out and we're now stuck waiting for another crew to show up.
we're now on our third or fourth delay announcement, which is just bad. either a pilot is coming, or not. multiple departure delays tells me you don't know what's happening.
We expect the survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and we are offering paid compensation to respondents.
