@jwludwig @JamesAGagliano Lawyers are subject to ethics rules and his comments in the hearing and post trial were improper for obvious reasons. The judge bears blame too for not expressly forbidding comments likely to reveal juror identity and not rebuking him in court.

@SteveDubs161822 @GuntherEagleman Good grief. The law cannot dictate what a juror should believe about the evidence. Otherwise there is no point to jurors. Jurors apply the law to what they find the facts to be and assess the believability of all evidence.
