Councilman Muhtasin Sadman faced charges including forgery, forging an absentee-ballot signature, two counts of attempting to have an unqualified elector vote, and making a false statement on an absentee-ballot application.

Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.

This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.”
