@axioomf I’d say this shows a fundamental failure to understand GAD. If the thing *is* worth getting anxious over, that’s not GAD at all. It’s normal, healthy(-ish) anxiety. GAD is basically defined as getting into that emotional state over things which don’t deserve it.
