Used wind turbine blades, piled in a field because they can’t be recycled.
This is not “renewable” energy. It’s not “rebuildable” energy either.
This is absolutely not environmentalism.
Caitlin Clark on meeting Bailey at shootaround: "This is what she spent her wish on, like how cool is that ... I think it shows the impact of women's basketball, not only from the standpoint of how good the game is... she wanted to come here... something I'm very grateful for."
The University of Florida explains why it arrested protesters. So well said. It begins: “This is not complicated. The University of Florida is not a day care...” #GoGators
Independents HATE Trump. We saw it last night in NH when Nikki Haley decisively won the Independents vote.
They hate him for his corruption.
They hate him for his lies.
They hate his anti-Ukraine, anti-NATO stance.
They hate him for bragging on the campaign trail that he’s the reason Roe V Wade was overturned. According to all the polls, more than 60% of Independents opposed SCOTUS’s decision.
Many Independents might not like Joe Biden. But in the case of a rematch between Biden and Donald Trump, most will vote for Biden just to stop Trump.

@thefarmerette@naomiblohm I second the Sulfur question. I'm in North Central Iowa and we've had plenty of smoke along with adequate rains over that smoke. Was curious if we are getting any Sulfur out of the smoke being rained on.
@ElenaNeroba Interesting that there are no visible buildings or structures for the animal waste/manure which would be massive for a 600,000 head structure.
@ranchersdottir Spent 2 years working in Belize after a few years in IT after college in my early & mid 20s before moving home and starting farming in my late 20s. Wouldn't change it for the world. Good for people to get out of their comfort zone..also helps you understand how the world works
