Even if you follow the logic the cookers warranty expired on the 10th and I called on the 12th, that's 2 days!
I will never purchase a Zanussi product again, nor anything under the @Electrolux umbrella.

@Electrolux Zanussi Cooker broke down on day warranty due to expire. Attempted to contact via phone to arrange repair but phone lines not working due to technical issue. Online booking also unavailable. This was a Friday so had to wait until following Monday to book.

Eventually at 1755 I got through to someone to be told there was no record of my appointment. To top it off, the agent said my cooker was now out of warranty.
Absolute joke. I have been punished because of Zanussi’s technical problems and incompetence.

@SammyCornwall2 @freesat_tv Having the same issue which is disappointing given I've spent £199 on this box. I prefer to record programs rather than use catchup services. Seen this reported in forums in December so appears it hasn't been fixed 😡
