@DIRECTVhelp Sending a DM only sends me back to automated systems and then Tier 1 support. I have spent at least 40 hrs of my own time troubleshooting an issue that was solved previously, but your team won't go back and look at the old ticket and find the answer to the original issue.

@DIRECTV has to be one of the WORST customer service departments ever. If you like being transferred between several teams, asked the same question over& over, and still get no where, @directtv is your answer! Never in my life have I wanted to leave DirectTV more than today!
