@OfficialQosFC This must be the most pea hearted side ever. They have no spirit whatsoever and disappear as soon as the going gets tough. Is Liam Smith playing?
@OfficialQosFC Absolutely disgraceful performance. These players are wage thiefs, most of them do not deserve to be full time footballers. Outplayed, outfought, out thought.
@GraemeAThomson Hi Graeme
Aside from usual suspects such as ‘moments of pleasure’, ‘the fog’, ‘suspended in gafa’ I’ve always had a, er, soft spot for ‘In the warm room’. It always seemed mysterious and sensual, certainly to my teenage self!
@amy_may In Westray it’s the same, aaks nearly all gone, pickies away, flowers that always bloom at regatta time (end of July) already out. It’s all a bit discombobulating!

@PapayRanger @tabithatibbins Don’t think it would have been easy walking judging by the slippy rocks at low tide out to the Aikerness Holm. Chips would get cold!
@PapayRanger @peediepuss It’s terrible isn’t it. Several newly dead gannets here in Westray today too. We just want them to leave now before it’s too late but chicks aren’t ready yet.
@PapayRanger Not many left at Noup either. It’s been a strange summer, so many gannet and bonxie losses and seemingly few fulmars, shags, pickies and aaks successfully breeding.
@Colin_Paterson_ Yep, that felt like a terminal blow today. I find it bewildering that Craig and Mark who endured the Harkness years with us can be appearing to slip into a blazer man tribute act. Maybe they will sack the manager and pick the team themselves like WH was fond of doing?!
@_retro10@OfficialQosFC Happy memories, loved going in there when I was first watching Queens in 1980s. The straw bales toilets behind the shed were a little unsavoury! And the car park (where the ice bowl is now) was a grassy lunar landscape!
@mstewart_23 No worries, the boss of NHS Orkney did the same which went down well here! If you are ever in Westray happy to show you round. Enjoy your break, weather looks a bit ropey I’m afraid. Cheers
