@TheRealNasa00 Freeze bottles of water and leave them in your freezer. Will help the freezer stay cold longer. Can also put some of the frozen bottles in the fridge and help it stay cold longer when the power is out. Then follow the quarter trick mentioned above for the goods in the freezer.

@DocZing Hi Dr Zingman. My wife has not been officially diagnosed, but when we look at the criteria for diagnosing EDS, she appears to meet the requirements. My question, is there someone in the south you would recommend? We live in Tampa area.
