@HelpKLMDes Juust spoke to your customer service. I specifically asked if KLM policy was that we ignore government advice and take the risk. He stuck with pay 4k per ticket to change it to tomorrow or travel to airport. I need a minute before anyone calls me for their sake.

Just spoke to @KLM. Trying to change flight from Fri to Sat because of #StormEowyn. Their advice: travel through a #redstormwarning against Govt advice with risk to life to airport & see if it gets cancelled. Or pay €4000 to change the ticket for a one hour flight. #airpirates

@TravelodgeUK When the sign says open but you cant get in to your Travelodge in Livinigston after calling and saying you would be late and the no one letting you in. Oh and then customer services hanging up on you when you try and find someone to speak to about it
