'The New Guardian of the Glen'. Shot this on a recent trip to Glencoe. Had to wait for the clouds to clear on the Buchaille Etive Mor and the light to hit the Tree. But it was worth it.

@lensdistrict Beautiful mate, I went to try and get a cloud inversion at Winnats Pass didn't even get out of the car, this was 6.45am. Common sense ain't so common when people just abandon cars to make sure they can get their Instagram shots. God help anyone who needed an ambulance, no chance.
Just finishing up an amazing few days up in Glencoe. I have wanted to visit here for so long but only now had the chance. This will definitely be the first of many visits to this stunning area!

@lensdistrict Had the same happen to me at Blea Tarn a couple of years ago, was stood there with 6 other photographers patiently awaiting sunrise with the Tarn looking like glass, then enter stage right a group of 20 somethings, one picks up the biggest rock she could carry and throws it in!
