Understand Everton have indeed lost case to Burnley over #efc breaches of PSR, as @TheLawyerCSmith has reported.

Burnley's case was that the breaches contributed to their relegation (Everton stayed up in one of the seasons they breached at expense of Clarets). Judgement was known by parties last week - Everton expected to appeal.

Ordered to pay significant sum - £30m plus, I'm told, The Lawyers reporting £40m. Was club v club case but @premierleague may now expedite publishing the judgement.

Does have (potential) ramifications for damage claims depending on result of #mcfc 115 charges in the future...
