@ImMeme0@NotDrF_Kelsey The United States recognizes jus sanguinis citizenship. It’s not up for debate. It’s basic civics. Being born to a single American parent makes you a citizen. It’s why Ted Cruz, despite being born in Canada with a Cuban dad was eligible
@howiesxsw@druidian@RiotPlatforms@nytimes I tried downloading some Bitcoin last month and now my computer is running slow and incredibly hot. Surely that can’t be great for the environment
@CineNerdle just a heads up, on “how to guess” it says the theme will always be one word but you need to guess 2 words this week. It was driving me crazy because I kept guessing a word around that and getting it wrong!
@NickPhillips730 @WeaverBig @guipallas Again. The statement was made that it’s not in the constitution that we have a right to enjoy a steak on a Friday night. Unless you can prove we explicitly have that right, you’re just whining here.
@NickPhillips730@guipallas So when you reply to something that says “it’s not in the constitution” with a document that isn’t the constitution, it’s not an effective counterargument at all. In fact it’s meaningless
@MikeMartinoSux@ColeyMick@hen_ease It was Kimo Von Oelhoffen’s hit on Carson Palmer that made it illegal to hit QBs at the knee or below illegal. The Brady Rule is just an extension of that by disallowing players on the ground to lunge at QBs legs.
@howiesxsw Because the 10th amendment gives that power to the states. I can’t imagine even an extremely liberal Supreme Court taking this right away from the states and a constitutional amendment takes 2/3 support. There’s a reason we’re in the longest amendment drought
@ChipotleTweets I got the Tony hawk burrito this morning and I never got a code the the Demo. What up with that? Do you need my account number?
Love,
Your friend Andy
P.S. I was expecting Tony to have more radical tastes
