OC just got a new obsession. 1954 Egashira is a small-batch bakery straight out of Saga, Japan — and the lines are already forming before doors open. Shokupan, salt bread (limit 3, don’t sleep), butter cream breads, tiny croissants. This one went straight into my OC top 5 bakery
