@ViberHelp I received the e-mail. Thank you. I hope such harsh language is not needed in the future to get your attention, but I didn't know what else to do. A phone number for support would have solved this a week ago. Just a suggestion.
@ViberHelp don't just ignore me. I have a problem with your service and I get no response. Is this how you run a business? Just ignore anyone with a problem so all the remaining users are the ones who think the service is good? This is unacceptable!
@ViberHelp The e-mail back says there's no record of an attempt from my number. I promise, I typed it in EXACTLY that way over 20 times with the same result. If your site had a phone number to call this would be over in 5 minutes, instead it's taken 24 hours and counting. Unimpressed😣
@Viber Do you guys have phone support? I started 3 tickets, got the same canned response all 3 times no matter what I try. Nobody is reading my message, There is no followup. If I reply to the email, it says my ticket was closed and if it isn't resolved to start another ticket.
@ViberHelp C'mon guys, this is attempt number 4. Ticket#5904825 I attached my phone details, my phone number, and the error I'm getting. FIX THIS. Other Republic Wireless users had the same issue and got it fixed, so don't give me the VoIP phone bull.
@Maintrecruiter Assume all tubes carry water as fast or faster than each bucket can be filled, and adhesion occurs, then bucket 5. If no adhesion, no bucket fills ever, if water fills too quickly, all bets are off, my guess is 6. if both assumptions are false, probably 4.
