Councils rarely get praise but thank you refuse collectors of @EastHerts for taking at least half a dozen extra sacks of post Xmas recycling we piled high on top of and around the bin itself. Some years the overflow bags are left and it just kicks the problem down the road.

@sainsburys Tried DM but all I’m getting is a useless chatbot I’m going in circles with. I naively assumed the personal looking message from ‘Rebecca’ was the start of some normal customer service. You gave me a refund, it’s not in my account, you’ve got all my details. Let’s just sort it.

@sainsburys I was emailed a refund voucher and told it was in my account in the “online voucher wallet”. First, there is no “online voucher wallet” but there’s a “coupon wallet”. Either way, no voucher in there. Please advise who I talk to as had no joy with your FAQ system.
