@collsa31 @cogecohelps Hey. Looks like you had the same problems I had. I was 36 days without service. I called, emailed, tweeted and even wrote. And when they did come round to reinstall me, they brought The wrong equipment ! I think they got pissed with me and stopped communicating! I’m off to Bell.

@CRTCeng Thank you. I've followed @cogecohelps process. I called, tweeted, emailed and recently wrote to them as per their process (https://t.co/NwOKKnK5nM). Still we have not resolved this. I will file a complaint with CCTS and my bank (as I am still paying for this "service"!) . Thanks

@CRTCeng. How do I go about complaining please ? My service with @cogecohelps has been down for two weeks. I have been messed around, have no explanation on when service will be reinstalled and they have still collected money from us?

@CRTCeng (2/2). HOWEVER, that form of communication has dried up and they now claim they don’t have a history of my issue. So I am back to square one. I don’t have service, I have no communication from them and yet they are still taking my money. What are my options and rights ? Thanks!

@CRTCeng (1/2) Thank you. I have a cable tv service. My cable box (rented) packed in and I am trying to get them to replace it. This happened 22 days ago. They won’t return calls or emails. They do communicate via DM on twitter.
