@Lakes_Cyclist Sounds like Calliper is not fitted correctly and the pads are hitting the rotor at and angle and potentially causing them to warp slightly. Put a cloth over the rotor and hold it to check it is the rotor that’s making that noise

Some of the last letters written are extremely sad
