@LockedOnMets If his career consisted of most of his years posting numbers like he did in 2025 then I can understand. But he’s a career middle of the rotation starter, not an ace. He’s not going to get what he’s asking for.
@SleeperMets Chances are he won’t be back after this year. He had some good seasons and he’s had some bad. And imo they should move on from him unless he’s willing to take a depth starting role again if he returns.
@JediForJesus99 Mine is:
1. Revenge of the Sith
2. Rogue One
3. Empire Strikes Back
4. A New Hope
5. Attack of the Clones
6. The Phantom Menace
7. Return of the Jedi
8. The Force Awakens
9. Solo
10. The Rise of Skywalker
11. The Last Jedi
*haven’t seen Mandalorian & Grogu yet*
@SleeperMets@NYPost_Mets I’m sure he would have been promoted already if it wasn’t for his strike out issues. However he’s hitting too well not to think about promoting him despite it
@MillennialRisk@Masterflip_ Even though they were traded for each other, Semien wasn’t brought in to replace Nimmo. He was brought in to replace McNeil. Technically Benge is Nimmo’s replacement
@metsventpage My only gripe about this trade is that he gave away a decent arm in Butto for a 1/2 year rental. I know he’s injured rn but he still has a few years of service left. If Stearns didn’t plan on retaining Rogers he could have used Gilbert and Tidwell in other trades
@Tempo_ae I’d say Ra’s because he rivals him in intellect and combat and due to his deep roots in the underground with his organization Batman can never truly get rid of him.
