At the end of the day once the cop verified that the temp tag was good to go, he should’ve let the driver on his way instead of harass him. I’d argued that the shooting could be thrown out with the Wright lawyer and the Wright argument due to fruits from the poison poisonous tree. The events of that stop would not have happened if the cop did not violate his fourth amendment rights to unlawful seizure.
