𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒. The real question is who wins between CPA and Farragut.. Farragut has won 20 consecutive state tournament games in 4A & just brought home their 5th straight title. CPA won 24 consecutive games to finish this season with 3 D1 commits in their rotation. Head to head, postseason finish & strength of schedule all played a factor in this.

Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.
Never understood H.S. coaches who ignore freshman or JV programs.
That’s the future of your varsity team.
Then they complain about no depth, culture, or players ready for varsity.
If you only coach varsity, you’re not building a program—you’re just coaching a team.
After leading a few College rebuilds….in a lot of ways the High School level is harder.
Excited with the direction the program is headed. Looking forward to adding to these numbers with a strong postseason!
You can be a fierce competitor and not disrespect your opponent
You can be a fierce competitor and not try to show up the other team
You can be a fierce competitor and not have some sort of celebration after every hit
You can be a fierce competitor and not have punk dugout chirp
You can be a fierce competitor and not act like some fake tough guy on the field
You can compete hard, play with passion, be tough, have fun, encourage your teammates, believe you’re the best…
But don’t act like a punk, always respect your opponents, and most importantly, ALWAYS RESPECT THE GAME!

The other team
practices too!
The other team
works hard too!
The other team
lifts weights too!
The other team
gets extra work too!
What’s the difference in you and the other team?!?!
👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Your desire to compete harder
Your desire to focus more
Your desire execute better
Your desire to play harder
Your desire to put team first
👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Your pure desire to want it more for each other
BASEBALL TRUTH
PLAYERS: Whether you are starting or sitting on the bench, your team is YOUR TEAM. It's 'we', 'us', and 'ours', not 'they', 'them', or 'their'. Win or lose, playing or sitting, you are responsible for being a good teammate, positive leader, energy-giver, and verbal encourager.
WATCH: “We have better humans in our locker room than we had last year, in totality. that's not a knock against anybody that was here last year but we're talented and they're about the right stuff so, I pray about that daily because it is a very transactional world that we live in but you can see and I use Indiana Football for example, when you have a cohesive unit that buy in and have culture man, you can do some special things and to this point, this group has done that.” ECU Baseball Coach Cliff Godwin on building team culture in the NIL era.
Thrilled to announce I’ve committed to Montreat College to continue my education and baseball journey!
This is more than just the game—it’s about following the purpose God has for me.⚾️🙏
