@CoinbaseSupport You took my Cardano and holding my Bitcoin as collateral. I wanted to borrow using my Bitcoin as collateral and they said the transaction failed but the money landed in my bank account. Now they took my Cardano as repayment and you are still holding my Bitcoin.

@OB3PO @youfit They do that. When I was requesting help for a refund when my gym was ignoring my phone calls, their twitter account stop responding to my DM. We need more people to put pressure on @youfit. This is poor customer service.

@youfit YOUFIT is a SCAM! When youfit said I could call to dispute charges in June, no one answered my calls. I told @youfit no one is answering my phone calls but no one replied at the end. @youfit said I could dispute the charges when they re-open but now they say it’s too late
