@KJLFC_1 Whether he ends up properly making it with us or not, he'll defo have options because who wouldn't want someone who applies themself so unbelievably? Doesn't give the opposition a second's rest.
One thing I find really comforting about all this, is that if this had happened to Liverpool or United, these level-headed, fair minded City fans would've seen things exactly the same way. They'd be in our corner, backing us vs the establishment.
It's actually quite touching.
Here's an idea @premierleague
The Premier League needs financial rules that protect clubs from reckless debt—not rules that effectively limit how much ambitious owners can invest in their own clubs.
Allow substantial, verified owner equity investment, especially in infrastructure, academies and squad building, while strictly controlling debt, wages and related-party deals.
Let clubs grow their revenues instead of locking them into the advantages created by clubs that became financially dominant before these rules existed.
Regulate financial sustainability, not ambition.
Fuck you!! @ManCity got to compete and we witnessed our club take over the entire world and made our rivals Angry enough to want us dead
Thank you to the Manchester City owners for being ambitious enough to allow your fans to live through the best 15 years of our lives ....
@komolafe728 It's not enough. They shouldn't be allowed or trusted to compete in this competition. They're taking a spot that still relegates another team that's played by the rules.
Kick them out.
There was no "Premier League Commission" - it was an independent commission that found them guilty of nearly every single charge.
The level of obstruction and non-cooperation speaks for itself.
They have to be removed from the league.
‘Evidence given by a number of important factual witnesses on behalf of the Club was false in a number of key respects, and certain of those factual witnesses had given evidence at the hearing that they knew
to be untrue and so had been dishonest.’

@KJLFC_1 I'm getting used to the fact that the Isak we might see is more in the Haaland mould. Not going to be terrorising defenders for 90 minutes. He might only have 20 touches a game, but when the chances come, he'll stick em away.. and to be honest, I'll be perfectly happy with that!
@empireofthekop@marca Love the kid, but like any career you've got to be resilient and take control of it yourself. At least if you do everything within your power you finish with no regrets, irrespective of how things turn out.
I still hope he gets it together, he has talent.
He didn't last long last time, serious question, do we know what's different this time round?
Klopp never alluded to issues with him, so wouldn't have thought that was the issue?
🚨 Julian Ward expected to be appointed Liverpool sporting director. 45yo Englishman preferred option to succeed Richard Hughes & become most senior #LFC sporting executive; ownership-led process not closed but now drawing towards conclusion @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/5g5IBMQnr5
Not sure why we're talking about 28 as if it's old for a CB?
Also, on performances so far he's significantly better than Quansah, that is blatantly obvious.
Barring a load of injuries or a massive collapse in form, with what we know right now, absolute no brainer.
🚨@DaveD0106: I’m a massive fan of Big Ron, but they say don’t get too attached to a loanee. He’s made a massive difference, but he’ll be 28 when it’s time to decide. Plus there’s the Quansah option and will be other RB’s on market. Just keep playing this way & there’s a decision to make. #LFC
@Mick_McIver1984 People will follow and engage with big accounts on here that do nothing but slate our players, managers and owners, but draw the line at Carra voicing his opinions 🤣
Mad thing is, a lot of the time he's right.
@MattPinner_ I don't know why people are talking about inflation, that's accounted for in the physical cost of the barrel, which has been quoted. Inflation is the price of the product going up, not just the profit margin on it.
The exchange rate bit - fair enough.
Can't believe Carra has got Salah banned from driving. When will this agenda stop? Heard Cole Palmer was doing twice the speed limit and didn't even get any points.
What a car crash of a take.
No, winning is everything and winning starts with being solid defensively. Did you watch us last season? Jacquet and Araujo have brought genuine defensive solidity.
It may change in future, but he's exactly what we need at RB right now.
Araujo talk is tiring. Every game he's playing RB is another game we will not play good attacking football in. Attack is everything for Liverpool or any big team. We need to get a midfielder or a fast winger/fb there. Doesn't matter how much stability we have
@PhilBlundell Yeah I agree with this. He hasn't hit the heights many of us expected, but on balance I reckon he's still probably part of our best 11. It's not as if he's shite.
Carra's overall assessment of Wirtz is right, he's been neat and tidy. He hasn't lived up to his price tag so far. This isn't the player we thought we'd get.
I'm not getting on his back, he has real quality, he works his arse off and seems a good lad. I really hope he improves.
