@storm8 on 16 Oct I contacted support re issue in Home Design app. Reply was no help and incorrect. Then same issue on 18 Oct. Contacted support again, this time with screen recording of issue. Since then repeatedly asked for update but no reply. Why????

@AskAliExpress I have an issue since 19 Nov with defective item that seller has said they will replace. Seller no longer responding to messages and no replacement sent. I now want a refund. Happy to return defective item if seller pays postage costs. Please help me with this asap
