Kind acts are a critical way that young children can show their friends they care. In this video, Elmo explains different ways that children can be kind. https://t.co/PGvpjHpsEr
This time of year has a funny way of making us feel both exhausted and proud at the same time. The days feel long, the to-do list never seems to shrink, and yet… look at what you’ve done.
Look at the growth from last fall to today. You helped plant that seed, watered it with patience, encouragement, structure, and care, and now you get to witness something beginning to bloom.
Look at the student who stayed with the challenging task, pushed through the frustration, finally solved it, and had that quiet little proud moment that reminded them, “I can do hard things.”
As educators, we’re wired to keep pushing forward, but don’t miss this moment. Pause, breathe, and notice the wins. Those are not small things. Those are everything.
