I used to think that hell was having the flu but still having to take care of your sick toddlers. Today I learned that it's having the flu and taking care of your healthy toddlers #Parenting
@Jeff_Nowak 26-53 is not very similar to 47-64. <43 win% is bad, <33% is all time bad. Also Bowles never threw his team under the bus to the falcons
@therealdoriank_@BarryOnHere Right, like the takeaway here should be that Demar is both a bucket and an Ironman. He's been in the league just as long but has played basically 2 seasons more games than Steph
@NOLAJake Eh good for him. It's one of maybe a thousand games he'll coach. Making his family a priority is a good thing. Plus they're still going to win
@Betsycashmoney Fwiw I have only been there for a corporate event and would never pay that lol.
I think Callaway buying it was super dumb, which is very obvious right now
@Betsycashmoney I hear you. I think that's probably like 10% of their problems. They got bought at too high of a price by the wrong company (it's not a golf business it's a theme bar). They have no moat (a bunch of cheaper competitors now exist). They overexpanded thinking COVID growth was real
@Neauxstradamus@ScottDKushner Dennis Allen has one of the worst win % all time. Willie is mediocre: he gets buy in on D but he's either way behind the times on O or has really stubborn players. Neither will help you win big but they're not the same
@Betsycashmoney I think of it as you're trying to maximize your future championship equity. You discount the future somewhat because of the uncertainty involved in distant projections. To me Giannis + CH + SGA + ... Raises their year 1-3 odds a ton, enough to justify a potential decrease in 4+
