@RoomsToGo I need someone to contact me because this is ridiculous. I had my surgery on March 31 the recliner was delivered on march 23. I need a new recliner ASAP.

@RoomsToGo as I stated previously I needed the recliner because I have had shoulder surgery and cannot sleep in my bed. I paid a good amount of money for this recliner and it broke within two weeks I have not heard from anyone.

@RoomsToGo The gentleman who came said the motor was broken to call since we just purchased it 2 weeks ago and ask for a new recliner. I continue to call. Spoke with 3 people that tell me they need to wait for the notes from the third-party. Again I just bought this recliner.

@RoomsToGo I purchased a powered recliner three weeks ago because I was getting shoulder surgery. As of last Thursday 4/6 I called because the recliner was making a loud noise. I was told a third-party could come out on Saturday to check the recliner.
