We were told that it was an Eskom fault at Northriding substation and an update just went out at 20:30 stating that power is fully restored yet no one has been restored. This is now a new fault??

@CityPowerJhb @PreshenNaidoo9 We are not restored! Our fault was logged at 14:10 and allocated to the incorrect outage! CPWEB4679568 was the reference. Our outage has not even been acknowledged since 14:10!!

@CityPowerJhb our logged calls are being allocated towards the area fault. Before the outage last night, we were the only complex that was still without power because our transformer is not receiving and EXTERNAL feed. @eNCA @CyrilRamaphosa
