@GLASubwayTravel@ScotRail I tried to use my train ticket on Thursday at Govan and staff point blank refused, saying they knew nothing about this and had to buy a ticket, which was baffling as I had no trouble on the Tuesday at the same station 🤷🏼♀️

@OVOEnergy I sent a DM on Monday and no response. What’s the estimated reply time? Its in relation to emails I’ve received advising of a direct debit increase and then actually increasing by a higher amount to what’s in original email?? Misleading customers!

@stellacreasy Most people can’t take their babies to their place of work. They would be a distraction no matter how well behaved they are. Babies are unpredictable and could cry etc at any time. Once you start that trend others with not so well behaved babies jump on the bandwagon!
