While travelling from PNQ to IXB today, My check in baggage, which was to be delivered at IXB, was missed at DEL Airport by your staff. I made formal complaint at IXB airport. The baggage contains important items and medicine. How are you going to compensate it?

@AAI_Official please take serious cognisance for such poor and irresponsible way of working of Airlines.

Even after speaking in detail with your staff and customer care, They seem to be least bothered about the luggage. I want proper reasons for such irresponsible way of working on the part of Air India Express and need compensation.

At PNQ airport I had a single cabin baggage which weighs only 8 Kgs but your staff didn’t allow it in cabin. I requested a lot. They told that we will not allow it as it’s 1 kg excess and it will be sent as Check in Baggage. Now you have lost it. No info has been recd so far.

Ladies purse containing mobile, documents and other valuable stuff got snatched on Karhagola Road Rly Stn from A1 Coach of Train Number 15925. FIR already lodged. No trace as of now. Pl help and update.

@Rpfecrsee1 @rpfnfrapdj @zscrnfr @RailwaySeva @rpfecr No progress as of now. No update. The Coach in which snatching was made was installed 2 CCTV Cameras. I am still waiting for any positive update. Kindly help.
