Using culturally relevant resources is beneficial as it has an impact on students. However, in Saint Lucia, finding these resources can be difficult. That is why a teacher team is working on creating a place where teachers can easily access them.

What an eventful day it was! The teachers got an opportunity to meet and work with the Innovation Coach and got a chance to work with other teachers like themselves.

The five stages of an Innovation Cycle are: 1) identifying the need, 2) exploring the need/opportunity, 3) ideation, 4) prototyping and 5) the discussion.
Each stage is important as it is an opportunity to clarify understanding and collect important data for the best solution!
