BREAKING: Steve Kerr has agreed on a new two-year contract to return as head coach of the Golden State Warriors, Dan Eveloff and Rick Smith of @PrioritySports tell me, @anthonyVslater and @ramonashelburne. After three weeks of extensive conversations, Kerr and the Warriors agreed to continue their legendary partnership in what will be his 13th season and beyond as Warriors coach.
REPORT: The Hawks trading 2024 No. 1 pick Zach Risacher “can’t be ruled out”, per @johnhollinger.
“He lost his starting job after the All-Star break and then his spot in the rotation in April. Getting him back on track to at least play rotation minutes should be a key organizational goal, and a trade can’t be ruled out.”
TRADE ALERT 🚨
The Sky have reached agreements with the Portland Fire and Toronto Tempo ahead of the Expansion Draft. As a result, neither team will select a player from Chicago’s Unprotected List in the Expansion Draft.
Our 2026 WNBA Draft picks remain:

➡️ No. 21 overall (second round)
➡️ No. 32 overall (third round)
Moses Moody is day-to-day for the Warriors with his right wrist issue, per Kerr. Two-way guard LJ Cryer will be available and a rotation option for the depleted Warriors tonight in Houston.
