@Tamrinsummer @carsensmaddah Won’t last. Once babies out that’s it. I also seen some videos of a comb helping like if you squeeze it in the palm of your hand it helps with the contractions like your mind goes to the pain of the comb instead but I’ve never tried it

@Tamrinsummer @carsensmaddah I went natural for 5 out of six of my kids… do you like music if so sing rap who cares it helps to remember to breathe cause you’re singing sounds silly but it helped me. Also make sure your partner is supportive of you constantly reminding you you got this and that the pain
