๐จ BREAKING: Emergency Premier League meeting set for July 15th to decide if Newcastle are legally allowed to have two strikers at the same time. PL reportedly considering new rule: โOne in, Isak out.โ All future NUFC transfers to require a permission slip from Big Six HQ. #NUFC
@NUFCThreatLevel I said many times that I won't celebrate until he's signed. We've seen this many times already, it doesn't even bother me this time as I just treat it as a rumour.
Funny how everyone calling it rigged for England to win has a Man Utd/Chelsea or Arsenal profile picture. Never been to England, claim to hate the English, yet support English clubs #ENGLAND
@SkySports_Keith They are going to give US money for Murphy?? I thought we would have to pay someone to take him from us. We should have cashed in on his last season when his stock was the highest it's ever been.
@mw1234500@henrywinter You can spend big this summer thanks to years of restraint, but if wages keep climbing, Champions League football becomes a necessity every season. Especially if you want to get to the next level and attract world class players.
@mw1234500@henrywinter Spurs are too far behind big clubs. They would need constant CL football, and I don't think they will get that. They have money to spend, but that won't last forever, especially with paying almost 300k a week on wages to players. Theres a reason Arsenal/ManU won't do that now.
@Im_RobM Getting the super agent and putting out stuff to the likes of Fabrizo is bad, but I will reserve judgment until it's all over. He is a lot different to Isak, they are not even in the same league. Isak downed tools in Jan, he then went on strike to force a move.
@mhardysport No one can gatecrash the "elite" look at Villa with 3 seasons of Europe and they still have to sell. As long as theres PSR, no one can break the "elite"
@Im_RobM I do. He gave his all for us. At least he hasn't gone on strike or downed tools mid season as Isak did. I don't think it's that bad what Bruno has done, he's been tapped up, he's told them he will join if they pay what we want.
@mw1234500@henrywinter Yes they went for the money, but City had unlimited amounts to spend with no rules, and they were about to become the best team in the PL. Spurs will never win the PL or challenge for it. They are paying huge wages but won't get anywhere near City/Arsenal/Liverpool.
@kendallrowanx I'm waiting for something to actually happen before I judge. Arsenal have clearly turned his head, and his agent has told the club he wants the move. Until they actually submit a bid, though, there's nothing to react to. I still can't see him pulling an Isak.
@g_shaun18514@henrywinter Yeah, I'll wait until it all plays out before making any judgments. It does feel like the club is putting out hit pieces on him. I just read another report from a North East journalist claiming he expected to leave in 2024, but no bids ever came in.
@Paul_J6@agbnufc_@LukeEdwardsTele This is my last message to you, as you are clearly not all there. We do pump millions into the club via tickets/shirt sales/membership fees.
@Gunboat_Diplo@Paul_J6@agbnufc_@LukeEdwardsTele This guy doesn't have a clue. He thinks fans have to go to games, pay whatever they want, and question nothing. Lose our 4 star players and sit there smiling.
@Im_RobM A few years ago, I'd have been watching his highlight reels and getting excited. Now, after last season, I don't get excited until they're having a medical. I'll never forget Arry hijacking Remy after we'd paid for his flight up here.
@Paul_J6@agbnufc_@LukeEdwardsTele You don't think fans have any right to know whats going on with a new stadium, something the owners surveyed the fans on? He is eluding to people blaming Howe, someone who has nothing to do with it, not the owners who have checked out.
