However, if you’re using our property without participating in an agreed-upon collaboration, our regular rental rates apply.

Please remember that maintaining our property comes with significant expenses, including rent, utilities, furnishings, and upkeep. Our overhead is far from inexpensive, and we cannot continue offering our space at no cost without a mutually beneficial arrangement.

We’ve never had an issue paying others fairly for their time, talent, and professional services. We simply ask that the same respect and consideration be extended to us.

At the end of the day, business is business. We value our fellow creators and welcome opportunities to work together, but mutual respect, clear communication, and fairness are essential.
