@remittix I again hear nothing but crickets. The only time support responded to my help requests is when I mentioned that I wanted to buy more tockens. No help has been received from the emails I sent. It has been weeks and no resolution to my issue. WTF!!!
@remittix@arte_beltran The issue is I am unable to connect to my Remittix dashboard. I used MoonPay to connect to the dashboard and I used MoonPay to purchase Etherum to fund the tokens when I made my initial purchase. How do I connect back to my dashboard?

@remittix@arte_beltran It is absolutely true. Your support staff does not respond. I have been trying to get help for weeks sending many emails and I do not get a response. You dont want to help anyone that is having problems. You just want people to keep dumping money to this project with no help.
@remittix@arte_beltran This is the message I received from support. They just tell me to create a new wallet. What about my tokens? They do not provide a way to fix my problem. I have sent more emails asking for help and I have not heard anything else. Support is not very responsive . I need help!!
@remittix The issue is not Metamask. The issue is reconnecting to my Remittix Wallet with my moonpay wallet. I need support to help me do that. They are not responding.
