Botlane SoloQ tierlist for patch 13.14, Karthus nerfs dont matter much, Shiv nerfs hurt Kai'Sa but the champ is still very broken, Ziggs is good vs Aggro picks like Draven, Ashe, Xayah. IE changes dont really matter much except for Cait, Samira, Draven, Jhin and MF (1/2)

Kai'Sa combos/mechanics build and runes in 2 minutes!

On this patch she's the most broken ADC seen in quite a while.
