An Aggie family needs our help. ❤️
Daniel, a sophomore engineering student at Texas A&M, recently learned that his 14-year-old sister, Sophia, has pre-B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Sophia is a high school freshman who loves reading and playing the violin and keyboard. She is now undergoing chemotherapy at Children’s Medical Center Plano and faces a treatment plan expected to last about two and a half years.
Her family has created a GoFundMe to help with the growing cost of her hospital stay, chemotherapy and other medical care. The estimated costs for all this is to be $500k and that is money they don’t have. It may come down to Daniel and another sibling having to put a pause on college so that they can afford their sister’s healthcare bills.
If you’re able to donate, every contribution can make a difference. If you can’t give, please consider sharing this so it reaches others in the Aggie community.
Let’s keep Sophia and her family in our prayers as she begins this fight. 🙏

❤️🩹 AN AGGIE FAMILY COULD USE SOME HELP
I received an email from Connor Fitzhugh asking if I could help share what he and his wife, Samantha, have been going through over the past several weeks.
Samantha graduated from Texas A&M’s nursing school after living in College Station since 2022. She and Connor had just moved to the Austin area, where Samantha was beginning her dream job as a Labor & Delivery nurse.
But on just her second day of work, their lives changed in an instant.
Connor says Samantha was driving to work when she was T-boned by a large truck that ran a red light. Their only vehicle was totaled, and Samantha suffered life-threatening injuries, including a crushed pelvis, broken vertebrae, broken collarbone, severe facial injuries, and bleeding in her brain and elsewhere internally.
She underwent multiple surgeries, spent a week in the ICU, and another week in the hospital. Now, Samantha is going through rehabilitation and learning how to walk and do everyday things again.
The couple says the crash has also created a tremendous financial burden. Samantha had planned to work while Connor began college, but she has been unable to start her new job. They're now facing rent, regular bills, medical expenses, transportation to rehabilitation, and other costs while navigating what could be a lengthy legal process.
The good news is Samantha says she's making progress. ❤️ In an update, she said she's already learning to do things independently again and is incredibly grateful that the support they've received has allowed her to focus on recovery.
Connor reached out hoping the Aggie family might rally around one of its own. 👍
If you're able to donate, their GoFundMe is linked in this post. If you can't, a share and some prayers for Samantha's continued recovery would certainly mean a lot.
Get well soon, Samantha! Gig ’em! 👍❤️

A historic day for the Mexican striker, who has become an absolute club legend in England. 🏴👏🏼
So let me get this straight…
There is the broadcast clock that we see on TV, which we know is unofficial.
Then there is the game clock in the stadium that all the players, coaches, refs, and fans in attendance use to determine game time.
But wait, there is a THIRD clock that ONLY replay officials see. And we’re being told that is the official clock?
GTFOH
I used to be a camera operator for Auburn Athletics and worked many college football games for ESPN and SEC network. The Big Ten is lying to you and fabricated evidence for Michigan to have an extra play at the end of the game against Western Michigan. The stadium clock is the standard. Not whatever the replay booth decides it is.
