I used to firmly believe that losing weight meant eating less or starving myself. But now I know that doesn't work in the long run 👇
I’m 177 cm tall; I used to weigh 63.7 kg 🤦♀️
Now I’m at 61–62 kg 🫶
The funny thing is, I actually eat more now than I did before. I’ve simply learned to eat a balanced diet, understand what my body needs, and make conscious choices 🫶
‼️ Exercise is great. But in my opinion, it only accounts for about 30% of weight loss results. Working out at least twice a week... the rest depends on what we eat every day 🍛🍽️🍲
I don’t live a life of strict dieting or giving up alcohol. I can enjoy any food I like. Even if I want a glass of wine after a workout (which is rare), I’ll have one, but
I prefer water and tea 🫶
Because healthy eating habits aren't about strict restrictions. It’s all about balance, moderation, and enjoying food without guilt 🫶
Ugh, here comes another "dumb blonde" type... actually doesn't know what public transport is 😅🤣
As for me, it's the usual story: I'm being endlessly spammed by those empty profiles with only five or six subscribers and those blatant bots.
today, @ripple received preliminary MiCA approval to offer regulated crypto payment services across europe.
TLDR MiCA approval allows ripple to legally offer its crypto and stablecoin payment services to banks and businesses across Europe.
here's why it might be one of the most important milestones to date and what it means for the rest of crypto:
1/ MiCA is considered the "gold standard" for crypto regulation
approval is a major stamp of legitimacy, allowing a company to offer its financial services across the entire EU.
2/ regulators gave ripple a "green light letter"
this means ripple met their main requirements pending a few final conditions before a full license is granted.
3/ regulated crypto payments are coming!
the license enables ripple to offer financial infrastructure to european banks and businesses, allowing them to use ripple's tech (including its stablecoin $RLUSD).
this means institutions can finally use its tech to send money across borders in a legal and compliant manner.
needless to say, lock in.
The last straw to really see this Gem is the passing of Clarity Act . When it pass then we can see the capability of XRP. Will it reach $5? I’m sure it will surpass that amt. I’m just wondering if we can actually hit 1.5 trillion MC THAT gets us to $25💰
@peaceville147@TheBTCTherapist Saylor calling SBF to discuss risk management is a bit like the captain of the Titanic holding a navigation training course. 🤣
@bre9596@TheBTCTherapist If Fentwitt really has an IQ of 2,000, he almost certainly would have already factored Sailer, Wall Street, and the entire market into his model.
The CLARITY Act has merely been postponed, not abandoned. As long as there are government officials unlike Trump who have no ties to cryptocurrency companies, the bill stands a chance of passing, as it would then garner broader bipartisan support. That said, I must acknowledge that Elizabeth Warren has been staunchly opposed to cryptocurrency from the very beginning. #XRP
