Don’t ever use stats on blacks being more criminal as a rational for treating us unfairly. If we had the same playing field as other cultures and if the policing system didn’t target us, the numbers would reflect A LOT differently! And please believe we wouldn’t resort to crime!

Or, they become depressed from their inability to land a job as a felon, and fall victim to addiction which becomes a cyclical cycle of poverty, incarceration, or death. Black men are 5x more likely to be arrested than white men. After that they are 50% less likely to land a job.

If they are poor, which many are, they can’t fight the case so they sit in jail and learn criminal activity and loose all hope for a straight laced life. By the time they are released their rights have been revoked and have no choice but to then to illegal activities to survive.

Let’s just be clear anyone who brings up statistics on black men in jail is an idiot. Here’s why, black me are targeted more weather they commit crimes or not. The smallest offense will land them in jail like being accused of stealing a backpack or not having Id.
