@DuaneFleener I don't oppose people smoking, but there should at least be basic ethical considerations when smoking. For example, smoking should be prohibited in public places such as elevators and train carriages.
@billweberx An 89-year-old homeowner doesn't have unlimited time. If compensation gets tied up in disputes and delays for years, some people will inevitably wonder whether the system is designed to wear owners down until they can no longer fight back.
@Waneiac Honestly, a lot of viral posts today are built around short clips and strong reactions. We rarely get the full picture, so I tend to watch, listen, and keep a little healthy skepticism.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ Theft should not be ignored and should have consequences. But at the same time, I believe the key is to enforce the law fairly, rather than letting anger override the law.
