A very good friend of mine who helped me a lot a few years ago through darkest time of my life it’s his brothers funeral tomorrow. He committed suicide a few weeks ago leaving behind 2 very young children. I’ve spoken to my mate nearly every day since and met up with him and he rang me last night chatting about it and it’s just awful. This is happening far too much now & I just can’t wait for tomorrow to be over with. Honestly if you are feeling that way out please talk to someone & also remember a text , call or visit to family and friends is worth your time 🙏

I wrote a little something about Bowie in the 1970's for my Substack people. By no means definitive, just my thoughts most of a lifetime later. https://t.co/eMfUz0RGCp
One recurring theme at the Celtic history conference was the need for Celtic to invest in a proper museum in keeping with the status of the club. There are so many artefacts, stories and images illustrating Celtic’s history which go unseen and unheard https://t.co/AcyHT7XAUr
Welcome to Super Seabird Sunday where we ask you to share photos, videos and artwork of seabirds to brighten up timelines. Here is my contribution, a majestic Arctic Tern returning to its nest #SuperSeabirdSunday
My charity raises funds for girls' toilets to be built in developing countries so girls can go to school for 4 weeks of the month instead of 3. This isn't rocket science. Why are girls in the UK not allowed as much dignity and privacy?
