@Steve_Murrells@coopukpress incidents like this have been going on for weeks at your Tattenham corner Branch. Do you think its is it acceptable to treat residents like @CableJunction with so little thought and care? @BBCWatchdog
@CableJunction@coopukpress@coopuk@BBCWatchdog That's just ridiculous! What if someone accidentally shut that gate when an infant was at the other side? Or the emergency services needed to get in? Yes they could kick it in but it would waste valuable time which could mean the difference between life and death!
@AngelaM71562084@coopuk@CableJunction Hello Angela. This is something to be dealt with by our Building Control team, please report your concerns to them here https://t.co/hsLOzn3EQb. Thank you. Shaun.
@AngelaM71562084 2/2 The Project Manager explained that the main contractor will also be speaking to residents. The contractors will be continuing with the work and taking your complaint into consideration from here onwards. Thanks ^Jamie
@AngelaM71562084 Hi Angela. We have spoken to the Project Manager this morning. She has assured me that the main contractor will be onsite this afternoon to assess this. 1/2
@coopuk do we need to call the fire brigade to complete a health and safety check in order to get any form of acknowledgment? I’m sure that would be a PR delight for the Co-Op!
@coopuk this is your tattenham corner shop. You should be ashamed! The health and safety of the residents are being put at risk. What if there was a medical emergency? A stretcher would get though to the flats!Get it sorted! @CableJunction@reigatebanstead

@HMRCcustomers once I have submitted my tax return and I know the amount to be paid can i pay the calculated amount straight away or soon need to wait for the HMRC to check it first?
@richardxday @HMRCcustomers Hi Richard thank you so much for your help. From the newest reply from HMRC it seems that we do need to complete that section so your response has helped! I am so glad we don't have to do this again next year!!!!
@HMRCcustomers why is doing a tax return for purely for child benefit so difficult? We have 6 months of CB to repay as we switched it off..however after completing the tax return it is saying we need to pay the equivalent of a full years worth of CB. Why is this? So stressed 😫
