@SamsClub Are all the solicitor’s in your store there to stay. Makes my shopping trip much more difficult having to worry about being approached multiple times while shopping at your store.
Customer care does not respond with any help just auto replies saying things have been updated when they clearly have not. Been a member for years and years and have never had this many problems. Repeatedly asked for a phone number to call and have still not received that.
@Ibotta having a very hard time with your customer care. problem with two receipts not giving me credit for multiple items. All items were scanned and approved by your app and met the requirements. It’s excepted at time of submission of receipt then you remove them.
