@Allison03441514 @ArizonaBobby_ @Hyatt I was there when the deaths occurred and never told, decided to leave on my own despite being assured I was safe. Went to the cape and was told by Hyatt supervisor on the phone that it’s non refundable what’s your CC, had no concern for the situation. Have had to call 6 times

@ArizonaBobby_ @Hyatt We were there 6/12 and left when we saw the news 6/14. Staff assured us 3 times we were safe and didn’t need to leave. Still have not heard anything from Hyatt despite multiple attempts for info, what was done to keep us safe, etc when they claim to be prioritizing guests safety
