@SaycheeseDGTL It's not about the city. It's Fukuoka, Japan, center of their biz district. They filled it in with cement & sand. Any city this wealthy, with the central location affecting cell, gas & water, would have done it as quickly. If in a minor location, Japan would have taken forever 2
