You might feel OFF lately — SAD for no clear reason, RESTLESS, raw, even a little UNSETTLED. That does not always mean you are breaking. Sometimes it means your ENERGY is changing faster than your mind can explain.

When the world gets loud, sensitive people feel it FIRST. Old emotions RISE. Sleep gets strange. Patience gets thin.

You can look at your life and think, “Why do I feel like this when nothing huge just happened?” Because something IS happening — just not only on the surface.

Spiritually, this is often a CLEARING. What cannot stay in you starts to surface so it can LEAVE. Grief you never named. Fear you kept busy enough to ignore. A version of you that is done pretending everything is fine. That can feel like SADNESS. It can also feel like you are not yourself. You are not lost. You are SHEDDING a skin.

Do not force yourself to be high-vibe. Sit with it. Breathe. Go outside. Drink water. Pray if that is your way. Ask for PEACE instead of answers. CLARITY comes after the wave, not in the middle of it.

You are not broken. You are being MOVED.

Let the energy pass through you instead of fighting it — and remember that feeling everything does not mean you are failing. It often means you are WAKING UP.
