@enforcelawsNYC Took the E train yesterday at WTC. Subway cars were filthy. Five seats in 1 car had either vomit, piss, or feces stains. Then the usual "we will be moving shortly" at every single stop. Signal problems. Going local. Stucked in tunnel. Awaiting for signal. It's exhausting!
